Amazon Care is designed to help our employees and their families get real-time access to healthcare wherever they are. Rather than waiting in traffic or lines, it connects you and your family to healthcare providers via live chat or video, and can provide everything from vaccinations to immediate strep throat testing at home.

Online: You can describe your physical condition through words, or you can talk directly to the doctor via video, and the doctor will provide you with a prescription.

Offline: You can also make an appointment with a doctor at home or in the office and wait for the doctor to come to your home to help you solve some medical problems.

Weekdays 8:00-21:00, weekends 8:00-18:00
