Amazon Promotions - How to Set Up an Amazon Giveaway

1. What is Giveaway (Amazon lottery)?

Amazon Sweepstakes allows brand owners to run traditional or instant-win sweepstakes for their products. Consolation prizes have entry requirements and can be used for promotional purposes. For example, you can use Amazon Sweepstakes to attract customers and then share your brand story through "View the Video" or obtain information through "Surveys". You can share the sweepstakes with your customers or share it publicly to expand your reach and introduce your brand to more customers. Public Amazon Sweepstakes are promoted through "Today's Sweepstakes", a subscription email that is sent to thousands of subscribers who sign up for new product information and sweepstakes. Amazon does not charge fees for sweepstakes. In addition to regular Selling on Amazon and/or FBA fees, you only pay the cost of the prize, shipping, and taxes (if applicable). Note: Currently only sellers using FBA can register ASINs for sweepstakes programs through Seller Central.
