Major rumor debunked! The account being blocked has nothing to do with this...

Recently, the issue of sellers’ accounts being blocked has caused a lot of panic. Yesterday, someone in the sellers’ communication group even claimed that such words should not appear in the listing, otherwise the account will be suspended......

Customer service said no notification

The screenshots forwarded in the seller group are as follows:

The US site is said to be conducting random checks now. If a warranty or guarantee link appears in the title or description, the account will be suspended and the account may be blocked. Moreover, this policy is being implemented not only on the US site, but also on the entire site.

When Maizi saw this screenshot, he was confused. After all, words like warranty are not mentioned in Amazon's official rules and are not allowed to appear. In fact, many sellers like to use this word in the last item of the five-point description. As for Refund, Maizi suggested not to put it in. After all, this word is sensitive. When it comes to Review, it is recommended to use another word.

I believe many sellers will have doubts after seeing this, so I contacted the backend customer service to verify! The key is that the customer service said that they had not received any notification in this regard!

The customer service also said that many sellers are currently asking about this issue, but the official has not yet given any notification. You can use it before there is any notification! And if there is, the system will send batch emails to notify the sellers!

Therefore, according to customer service, listings containing words such as warranty or guarantee will not result in account suspension, so sellers please rest assured!

Attached below is Amazon’s official “Product Information Guide”

Seller names may not be used in branded or manufacturer information unless the seller's products are private label.

Amazon launches “Voice of the Buyer”

Just recently, Amazon launched a new policy - Amazon "Buyer Voice", which is now online in North America, Europe, Japan, and India, providing sellers with detailed information on the health of the buyer experience of their listings.

In the "Performance" column of the seller's backend, click "Buyer Voice" and the seller can view the buyer experience health of all listed products and read customer reviews to confirm product and product information problems, such as mislabeling, damaged or defective products, and inaccurate or incomplete detail pages, etc.

In addition, based on the buyer satisfaction, the listed products can be classified as "excellent", "good", "average", "poor" or "very poor", and the classification criteria are as follows:

Excellent: The performance of the listed product is significantly better than similar products;

Good: The performance of the listed product is better than similar products or equally good;

Fair: The performance of the listed product is comparable to similar products;

Poor: The listing is performing below similar products and may be at risk of being removed due to buyer dissatisfaction;

Very Poor: The listing's performance is significantly lower than similar products and may have been removed due to extremely high customer dissatisfaction rates.

Based on these satisfaction statuses, sellers can take timely actions to resolve issues, prevent future returns and negative reviews, monitor store performance and security, and improve customer satisfaction.
