US shopping app download rankings in November: Temu ranks first, Walmart surpasses Amazon

It is learned that recently, Appfigures released the ranking list of U.S. shopping app downloads in November. The arrival of Amazon's autumn Prime Day has brought this year's holiday shopping forward by a month, and many shopping apps have launched holiday promotions since then.

Appfigures ranked the most downloaded shopping apps in the U.S. since early November, and the data found that Amazon wasn’t at the top.

According to the ranking, Temu was the most downloaded shopping app in the United States in November. Data showed that Temu's downloads in the United States exceeded 6 million in November, and Temu was only online in the United States for less than 2 months. In addition to its low price, Temu relies heavily on Apple search ads.

The second most downloaded shopping app in the U.S. in November wasn’t Amazon, but rival Walmart, which implemented several initiatives for its Black Friday sales event that are working, adding 3 million users in the U.S. in November.

Amazon ranked third, with data showing that its downloads in the United States increased by 2 million in November, most of which came from the App Store.

SHEIN and Bath & BodyWorks are in the top 5, both have fairly consistent downloads, and both have roughly the same number of downloads, but SHEIN was launched much later in the US than Bath & BodyWorks.

In the US, the top 10 most downloaded shopping apps saw 21 million new downloads since the beginning of November.
