Seize the Prime Day traffic! Newegg launches FantasTech sale!

It is learned that Amazon's Prime Day promotion will be held on July 12-13. This mid-year promotion has prompted many retailers around the world to join this promotion to share market share. For example, Newegg will launch the FantasTech promotion from July 11-15, which will last longer than the Prime Day promotion and provide buyers with discounts on technology products including PC gaming equipment.

Like most other major retailers, Newegg will be competing with Amazon for eyeballs and dollars during its biggest sales week of the year outside of Black Friday. Newegg will also be launching a series of early deals on July 5 to try to maximize market share and get a jump start on the competition.

• July 5: PC and ABS gaming desktops
• July 6: PC Components and Storage
• July 7: Accessories and equipment
• July 8: Smart home, consumer technology and TV
• July 9 and 10: Home and outdoor equipment, personal care and wellness equipment, toys and hobby products

Newegg has a wider selection of PC parts than Amazon, and predicts that during the FantasTech promotion, Newegg's gaming accessories and laptop-related accessories and other technology products will see a peak in orders.

Last week, Target announced that its Deal Days promotion will start on July 11. Other retail giants including Walmart, Best Buy and GameStop will also join the promotion to share Prime Day traffic.
