What is Wish Five-Star Program? Wish Five-Star Program Review

The Wish Five-Star Plan was announced at the "Starry 2017 Spring Seller Summit" held by Wish in Hangzhou in 2017. It is a plan with the content of "Star Factory, Star Youth, Star Service, Star Seller, Star Technology". It aims to help Chinese companies tap into overseas markets in all aspects, including talent training, supply chain building, platform operation, and technical support.

Specific content

1. Star Factory (new supply chain ecological service): Wish has launched a new supply chain ecological service to solve the three major pain points of China's supply chain (difficulties in overseas expansion, service difficulties, and lack of talent). Wish integrates service factories and sellers to match factory resources in a targeted manner, looking for operation elites and higher-profit, richer products. By selecting excellent production companies and relying on Wish's professional operation team, we help companies sell products, gradually build brands, and achieve upgrading and transformation.

2. Star Youth (Dream Support Program): Wish targets the pain point of talent shortage in cross-border e-commerce, and cooperates with local governments and universities to cultivate talents, solve employment problems for graduates, and fill the talent gap of enterprises. Through training and internships for college students, and selecting potential entrepreneurs from them, by providing incubators that can be moved in with just a bag, spacious and bright public warehouses, and various favorable policies, we help them graft resources and realize their entrepreneurial dreams, and build bridges between universities and enterprises to solve employment problems for graduates and fill the talent gap of enterprises. Previously, Wish has connected with 6 universities in the province, including Zhejiang University of International Studies and Qianjiang College of Hangzhou Normal University, to conduct publicity, enrollment and other activities.

3. Star Service (new platform service upgrade): Wish launched the Wish Express China-U.S. dedicated line in May. Wish Express has higher operational priority and service timeliness standards, with six major features: tracking node rights, guaranteed timeliness, global timeliness insurance, simple and fast ordering, faster loan cycle, and lower price. In the future, merchants only need to complete three steps: choose Wish Express - select the corresponding route - print Wish Express unified delivery bill, and Wish Express will be able to help sellers achieve the shortest timeliness and the best cost.

4. Star Sellers: Wish Mail will be improved, and honest stores will also be adjusted. Wish launched the Product Boost tool to help sellers promote. (Only products from honest stores have the opportunity to join Product Boost, and sellers need to work hard to turn their stores into honest stores and convert them into "Star Sellers").

5. Star Technology:

(1) In terms of stores, Wish will implement a key project - Honest Stores. Wish is considering adding more calculation rules for Honest Stores and providing more functions and modules for sellers in Honest Stores. Wish has also noticed the calculation rules of Honest Stores and is considering completely and fairly modifying some of the rules.

(2) In terms of quality control system, Wish has always attached great importance to product quality. Therefore, Wish will develop a quality system certification system in the background. In the initial stage, the entire quality control system will increase the types of goods that can be sold on the entire platform.

(3) In terms of orders, Wish has always focused on platform delivery, that is, the entire overseas warehouse and domestic warehouse are first sent to the warehouse and then automatically inherited the delivery process.

(4) In terms of third-party platforms, the development of third-party platforms is a key project for Wish in 2017. Wish will standardize the complete logistics system, including Wish Mail for ordinary mail products and the overall product line of overseas warehouses. In the future, it will open personalized financial and insurance services to different merchants.

(5) In terms of settlement, Wish will gradually move the offline settlement model to the WishPost platform for settlement, ensuring that every order is traceable, ensuring the safety of merchants' funds and enjoying preferential early loan policies.
