What is Upwork? Upwork Review

Upwork is the world's largest and most standardized comprehensive outsourcing platform. Its predecessor was Elance and Odesk, which merged in June 2015. It currently has 12 million registered freelancers and 5 million corporate customers. It is the world's most rigorous and standardized freelance market.

How it works

1. Post a job (free of charge) and introduce the relevant job responsibilities and job requirements;

2. Freelancers come to you and submit proposals. You can compare bids, check reviews and previous work, and conduct interviews to discuss salary and benefits;

3. The freelancer decides to cooperate with him/her and sends an offer for employment. The freelancer then accepts the offer and the contract takes effect (the funds are deposited into the third-party escrow Escow);

4. Freelancers start working, submit their results after completing the work and ask for payment. At this time, you need to review it and pay the salary if you are satisfied.
