Another US trademark scandal! Tens of thousands of trademarks are involved again!

The announcement stated: The United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO" or "Office") has reason to believe that XXX Ltd. ("XXX") and XXX's employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Respondents") have violated the USPTO's rules on the practice and representation of trademark matters and the terms of use of the USPTO website. Specifically, the defendants are believed to have engaged in unauthorized legal practice and provided false information in trademarks submitted to the USPTO for improper purposes, failed to conduct reasonable investigations into the evidentiary support for such submissions, and or intended to circumvent these rules.
