Q: Do I need to bring a printed copy of the purchased ticket?

A: Please bring a valid photo ID to collect your badge on site. You do not need to print a ticket.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for badges?

A:

• By May 1, 2021 = 100% refund;

• Between May 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021 = 50% refund;

• Any cancellation requests received after June 30th are non-refundable/no exceptions;

• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of booking will be 100% refunded;

• It is possible to substitute another person in an existing registration by calling Registration Customer Service at 864-334-4625 - please note that the substitution must be within the same organization.
