Shanghai Fuyou Payment Service Co., Ltd., a member of the Fuyou Group family, is a technology-driven payment company. In 2008, Fuyou Company was founded.

In 2011, Fuyou Payment was registered and established, and obtained bank card acquiring and Internet payment licenses. It joined the China Payment and Clearing Association.

In 2012, the clearing and settlement separate account system was launched.

In 2013, it became a member of China UnionPay and obtained the qualification for cross-border e-commerce foreign exchange payment business. In the same year, it obtained the value-added telecommunications business license of the People's Republic of China.

In 2014, it obtained the fund payment license from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and launched fund payment services. It joined the Internet Finance Professional Committee of the China Payment and Clearing Association.

In 2015, it obtained the qualification of high-tech enterprise and became a member of Shanghai Payment and Clearing Association. It joined Shanghai Financial Information Industry Association and Shanghai Internet Finance Industry Association.

In 2016, the payment business license was renewed. The "prepaid card issuance and acceptance" business license was added, and the China Internet Finance Association was joined. A strategic cooperation was reached with Shanghai Huarui Bank to jointly explore "Internet +"

In 2017, it completed its equity reform, reached a strategic cooperation with Shanghai Bank, and won the 2017 Shanghai Financial Information Industry "Industry Progress Award".

In 2018, it received special funding support from Shanghai for the development of the software and integrated circuit industry, was selected as one of the top 100 software companies in Shanghai, and retained its title as a Shanghai high-tech enterprise.

In 2019, it won the "1688 Cross-border Excellent Service Provider" award at the Alibaba Cross-border Summit, and Fuzhanggui's daily transaction volume exceeded 10 million.
