Development

On June 30, 2020, the well-known swimwear brand Seafolly declared bankruptcy.

In August 2020, Seafolly's creditors voted to approve L Catterton's acquisition offer for the brand and announced that with the latter's support, it would acquire another Australian swimwear brand, Jets Swimwear.
