Served as executive vice president of Nantong Home Textile Industry Chamber of Commerce and executive director of China Home Textile Industry Association. Founded Jiangsu Kairui Home Textile Technology Co., Ltd. in 1999 and served as chairman. Under his leadership, Kairui Home Textiles won the title of Nantong City Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy Enterprise for several consecutive years. Founded Jiangsu Yijia Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. in XX and served as chairman. Joined Jiusan Society in 2008. In 2016, he was elected as a member of the 13th CPPCC of Tongzhou District, Nantong City, and participated in the 13th, 14th and 15th People's Congress of Tongzhou District, Nantong City as a representative of the People's Congress of the District.

Entrepreneurial experience

Wu Weibing used the "first pot of gold" he earned from traveling around the country for several years to set up a small factory producing bedding in Jiangzao Town, Tongzhou City. At first, there were only a few employees, including himself. He knew that the business world was ruthless and that a small ship could not withstand the wind and waves, so he had to sail carefully. He also knew that only by operating with integrity could one avoid dangers and obstacles in the business world. He was both the factory director and a worker. From purchasing fabrics to organizing production to product sales, he was meticulous and cautious. He often worked overtime with the workers, packing, loading and unloading, and fighting with the workers. He thought that his extremely serious spirit infected everyone and made the quality of each of their products excellent. Although Kairui's factory was small, it became more and more famous, its efficiency was getting better and better, and its development was getting faster and faster.

Public Welfare Action

Wu Weibing attaches great importance to the social responsibility of enterprises and cares about and supports the work of trade unions. Every year, the company insists on providing financial assistance to some lonely elderly people and families in need. It has repeatedly sponsored and supported the construction of rural public facilities and roads. The company has resettled about 100 laid-off and unemployed people and provided employment for 45 college students . In May 2018 , Wu Weibing, as the initiator and leader, established the Yijia Home Textile Brand Alliance. As of August 2019 , he has successfully held three large-scale alliance ordering meetings, and established Yijia Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Flounder Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., striving to explore the development of new brands, new models and new retail in the home textile industry.
