1. Basic Introduction

The aim is to utilize the merchant resources in the Hangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Zone and select the first batch of 300 outstanding domestic brand companies in Hangzhou to become "China Good Sellers" on AliExpress.

AliExpress will implement a series of support strategies including traffic diversion and targeted marketing training to help these companies with stable supply chain capabilities, high-quality sources of goods, and financial risk resistance to set sail overseas.

2. Top 10 Overseas Brands

1. Evaluation criteria

Based on the dimensions of product capabilities (corresponding transaction volume), brand capabilities (store overseas influence operations), service capabilities (service sub-indicators), and operational capabilities (marketing activity performance and comprehensive operational indicators), the top ten outstanding overseas brands are selected to set a benchmark for overseas companies.

2. Support

The Hangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Zone will also carry out export brand training to encourage enterprises to register trademarks overseas and acquire overseas brands, support intermediary organizations such as cross-border e-commerce service providers, trademark registration, quality consulting and certification agencies to provide brand and intellectual property services, guide enterprises to establish their own brands, further improve the cross-border e-commerce export brand cultivation, development and protection mechanism, and comprehensively enhance the brand building capabilities of cross-border e-commerce.

3. Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition

1. Introduction

The competition will run from now until March next year and is open to foreign students studying in China from countries along the Belt and Road and other countries and regions who are willing to engage in cross-border e-commerce, as well as returned overseas students and overseas Chinese youth who have graduated within five years. By selecting and cultivating outstanding global cross-border e-commerce students and returned overseas talents, a bridge of "talent + project + capital" will be built to better help young people start their own businesses and further stimulate the innovative vitality of cross-border e-commerce.

2. Registration Path

You can register through the Hangzhou Comprehensive Pilot Zone eBOX Innovation Project Service Platform. At the same time, the first batch of 10 cross-border e-commerce companies will be selected to become the cross-border e-commerce training base for foreign students in Hangzhou.
