A one-time fee of 2% of the property purchase price is charged, with no annual fees and no additional fees when you dispose of the property.

In line with industry standards, a 10.5% rent fee is charged to cover the three services provided by the site: advertising, letting and property management.

Financing

In March 2016, Property Partner, a real estate crowdfunding trading platform in the UK, announced the completion of a new round of financing of 15.9 million pounds. The lead investor in this round of financing is Octopus Ventures, and the participating investors include Index Ventures, Dawn Capital and China's famous angel investor Chen Lin. With this investment, Property Partner will expand the market, increase the size of its customer base, attract institutional investors, and launch new services, such as shared housing property rights.
