Operation Process

1. Instead of having your package delivered to your home or business address, you can choose an Amazon Locker location and pick it up at your convenience. Once your package is delivered to an Amazon Locker, you will receive an email notification with a unique code containing the address and opening hours of the locker location you selected.

2. When you arrive to collect your package, enter your code or scan the barcode with a barcode scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. All packages delivered to Amazon locker locations must be picked up within three days. If the user fails to pick up the package within this period, the package will be refunded.
