Shopee Vietnam cross-border operation policy

1.1. Products or brands that infringe copyright

【Note】Every time we receive a lawsuit, we will notify the seller through the KAM team. The seller usually has 1-2 days to handle it (provide authorization documents or delete the product). If the seller does not handle it, the local QC will delete the reason code for "Hàng vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ", "reason_id": 233 (copyright infringement)

1.2. Vietnamese Health & Beauty products can be uploaded without a certificate

· Starting from November 29, the Vietnamese market has relaxed the policy of selling beauty products. Sellers do not need to submit any certificates and can directly launch new products. Vietnam can sell and transport beauty products including but not limited to contact lenses, dental care (toothpaste, teeth whitening, oral hygiene), perfume , personal care, beauty chemicals (gel, glue, nail polish remover). There are also household cleaning and baby products (bottles and accessories, pacifiers, diapers, etc.).

Key subcategories include Eyes makeup, Facial makeup, Lipstick & Lips care, and Skincare . Skincare sellers can focus on submitting Skincare, Sunscreen, and Cleansing.

Vietnam site FSS (Freeship Program) fee adjustment

From July 1, 2022, the commission fees, service fees and transaction fees for the Vietnam market will be adjusted as follows:

● Commission and transaction fees: To match local prices, 10% VAT will be charged.

○ Commission fee from July 1: 6.6%

○ Transaction fee from July 1: 2.2%
