In Amazon, the selection of category ads is very critical, but it is often overlooked. Choosing the right category can bring some promotion to the ranking and conversion of products.

1. Open Amazon Advertising, create a campaign, and select Sponsored Products.


2. Manual delivery, then select product delivery.


3. Search for bowl and you will see 125 categories pop up.


So how do we determine which Amazon category can bring me more traffic?

We can click on the refinement next to each Amazon category.


You can see the number of items that the product is targeting.


Choose a category that is closely related to your product and has a relatively small traffic coverage, which will reduce the number of competitors, and you can quickly get a BSR mark and use Amazon's flywheel to boost sales. You can also be more detailed and position your product below competitors with higher prices than yours.
