Domestic heaters are urgently recalled! Available on Amazon, Walmart and other websites!

According to foreign media reports, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall of about 3,000 Home Easy Geek Heat DH-QN06 personal heaters on February 9. The reason for the recall is that turning the power switch will generate sparks, posing a fire hazard.

The recalled heaters are reportedly made in China and imported by Home Easy Ltd. The words "Geek Heat" are printed on the top of the product (near the vents), and the model number "DH-QN06" is printed on the bottom of the product. The product specifications are: 20 inches long, 13 inches wide, and the color is white. As shown in the picture:

The report said that these heaters were sold at the U.S. Army and Air Force service stores, Value Zone department store chain, amazon.com, walmart.com, target.com, wayfair.com, and sold for about $23 from October 2020 to January 2021. At present, CPSC has received three reports of fires caused by this product during use, and there have been no reports of injuries or property damage.

The CPSC advises buyers to stop using these heaters immediately and contact Home Easy to return the product for a full refund. Buyers need to send an email to Home Easy with a picture of the product being destroyed (with the cord cut short and "defective" written on it).
