Amazon's 20% discount appears out of nowhere, what do you think?

Yesterday, Amazon sellers were in an uproar because many sellers found that their product links suddenly had a 20% purchase discount. What's going on?

The seller consulted Amazon's customer service team, but received different responses. Some customer service replies said it was a bug, while others said it was an internal activity of Amazon.

Most sellers still believe that this is a "discount provided by Amazon" program, the details of which are as follows:

Amazon may fund a discount or provide a coupon to customers for selected items, but the pre-discount price is higher than your product price. In this case, you will receive payment for the order and pay a referral fee based on the full product price you set.

This program will not be used to charge buyers more than the price you set. If for any reason you would like your products to not participate in these discount or coupon programs, then you can contact us and we will exclude your selling account from the program that provides additional discounts or coupons to buyers.
