Dolan Paperco is a website that specializes in art prints and print-on- demand , and sells them on Amazon and Etsy. FAQ Q: How are art prints shipped? A: 8x10 prints are shipped in a rigid envelope, while 11x14, 16x20, and 17x22 are shipped in a durable tube. Q: Are your photos framed? A: No, we do not sell any of our art prints with frames. Frames are sold separately. The frames seen in the images are for display purposes only so that you can see what they will look like framed. Q: Can I change the address on my order? A: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. We ship our products very quickly and in some cases we deliver orders to the post office within hours of your order being placed. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to update your shipping address, however, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Q: My order was damaged in the mail. Can it be replaced? A: If your order was damaged in transit, you will need to submit a damage printout and a photo of the damaged package with a visible shipping label. We need this information within 7 days of delivery. |
