The company cooperates with domestic banks, UnionPay and other financial institutions to build the innovative "PAYECO" financial payment service platform, engages in cardless authentication payment business and prepaid card issuance and acceptance business, and provides a full range of manual consultation and online technical support services. In 2011, the People's Bank of China issued the "Payment Business License" to the company, allowing it to engage in mobile phone payment, Internet payment, prepaid card issuance and acceptance business.

Development History

-In April 2005, when the company was founded, it reached a strategic cooperation with Guangzhou UnionPay Network Payment Co., Ltd. to carry out the issuance and acceptance of welfare cards for corporate welfare consumption in major cities in the Pearl River Delta.

-In June 2005, the company was established and became the first service organization in Guangdong Province dedicated to the issuance and acceptance of prepaid cards. It took the lead in establishing a merchant service network in Guangzhou for catering, fitness and entertainment, cultural leisure, and life convenience.

-In 2006, we were the first in the industry to provide a variety of prepaid card payment services, including POS payment, online payment, and telephone payment, which are applicable to all types of corporate institutions.

-In March 2007, the company cooperated with Grandview Plaza to issue the "Grandview Pass Card", and for the first time launched services with high-end shopping malls in Guangzhou.

-In September 2007, the company cooperated with Shenzhen UnionPay Easy Banking Financial Services Co., Ltd. to launch the "DNA Payment Pass" business, providing DNA mobile phone confirmation payment platform services to Shenzhen users.

-In August 2008, the company cooperated with China UnionPay Guangdong Branch to launch the UnionPay card remote cardless payment service (DNA mobile payment).

-In September 2008, the company established a strategic partnership with the well-known travel service company, Ctrip.com (CTRIP).

-In June 2009, we successfully applied for the Haoyilian card trademark.

-In September 2009, the company cooperated with the Nancheng District Government of Dongguan to issue the "Nancheng Happy Consumption Festival" consumption card.

-In October 2009, the company introduced the ISO27001 management system, and the DNA mobile payment platform passed the international PCI security certification.

-In March 2010, DNA Mobile Payment was listed as the first generation of China UnionPay mobile payment standard product by China UnionPay Product Innovation Department and was fully promoted to all branches for implementation.

-In April 2010, UnionPay DNA mobile payment was launched on Air China, providing payment services for Air China's call center, further consolidating the unparalleled payment advantage of UnionPay DNA mobile payment in the field of air ticket sales.

-In April 2010, the company joined hands with Taikang Life Insurance to provide DNA mobile payment service for insurance underwriting, and the DNA mobile payment business entered the insurance payment industry.

-In August 2010, the company further integrated its brand management, released the payment brand concept of "PAYECO Easy Payment", incorporated "DNA Mobile Payment" into the brand category of "PAYECO Easy Payment", and continued to provide safe, efficient and green payment services to customers.

-In September 2010, the company cooperated with Dell (China) Co., Ltd., and EasyLink cardless authentication payment assisted Dell's direct ordering and promoted a new payment model for IT product ordering in call centers.

-In December 2011, the Company was granted a Payment Business License by the People's Bank of China, authorizing it to engage in mobile phone payment, prepaid card issuance and acceptance businesses.

- In 2012, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, EasyLink Business Services Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch) was established to provide overseas merchant services with Hong Kong as the center, becoming a third-party service agency of UnionPay International, with qualifications such as overseas merchant development, overseas merchant services, payment system access to UnionPay International, and acquiring income.

-In October 2013, our company was recognized as a "Guangdong High-tech Enterprise" by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

In 2009, we obtained the international certification of PCI-DSS;

In 2011, it obtained the Payment Business License issued by the People's Bank of China;

In 2013, it obtained permission from the People's Bank of China to carry out cross-border RMB payment and settlement business, and completed the first cross-border RMB payment transaction by a payment institution;

In 2014, it obtained the license for fund sales payment and settlement business and added the "Internet payment" business.
