Project Introduction

Through the FBS program, sellers' products are not only stored in FBW warehouses, but also in more than 1,000 Wish- cooperated self-pickup physical stores in major popular areas in the United States, thus shortening the distance between sellers' products and consumers. At the same time, eligible FBS products will also appear in the " Same Day Pickup " tab of the Wish APP , expanding the product's exposure to Wish users around the world. The FBS program will also display sellers' products in more than 1,000 offline physical stores across the United States, which not only expands sellers' offline user base, but also shortens the delivery time for online Wish users.

View entrance

You can view the products selected for the FBS program on the " FBW > Inventory List" page of the Merchant Dashboard . On this page, FBW-US-LAX overseas warehouse will display 4 columns of inventory: Pending for warehouse , Pending for store (FBS) , Active in warehouse , Active in store ( FBS ), showing the inventory quantity in each status.

When an FBS order is completed (i.e. the consumer completes the online order and picks up the product in the physical store), you can find the order marked as "FBS Order" on the "Orders > History" page in the merchant backend, and summarize the FBS-related sales information accordingly. The relevant order will have the "FBS Order" logo in the "View Products (SKU)" column (as shown in the figure below).

Advantages

Eligible FBS products will also appear in the “Same Day Pickup” tab of the Wish app, increasing the exposure of the product to Wish users around the world. Your FBS products will also be displayed in more than 1,000 offline stores across the United States, which not only expands your offline user base, but also greatly shortens the time it takes for users to receive their products.

Cost Details

Currently, merchants do not need to pay any additional fees for products participating in the FBS program. FBS inventory and orders will be calculated according to the same fee structure as FBW (especially FBW-US-LAX warehouse).
