Any US Professional Seller registered with Amazon Brand Registry can live stream through Amazon Live. Live streaming from China or Hong Kong is not currently supported.

Live broadcast process

The first step is to download the Amazon Live Creator mobile app. Once you have downloaded the app, you can log in using the email address associated with your Amazon Seller Central account.

The second step is to select the products you want to display in the live broadcast.

Step 3: Schedule your own live broadcast date and time, or go live immediately from the app. You can shoot the live broadcast through your iPhone camera or use a professional camera. Then, upload the video content through Amazon's desktop and mobile websites and mobile apps.

Note: Amazon Live Creator is aimed at smaller brands to create live broadcast shows through mobile devices to showcase their products and answer questions from viewers. Currently, the app is only available for iOS devices.

How to Watch

Amazon customers can discover live streaming apps on Amazon.com and in multiple locations across Amazon.com. Live streaming can appear on detail pages of products belonging to live streaming brands and in various placements that Amazon customers browse. All live streaming can be found under “Amazon Live” on Amazon.com/Live and in the Amazon mobile app.
