How to use

first step

Log in to ship.amazon.cn to switch the language .

Step 2

Once the account is created and the user receives an account confirmation email from Amazon.com, they can return to the booking platform and log in using the email or mobile number and password used when creating their account.

Step 3

After logging in, enter the corresponding company information:

• Company Registration Region: Please select the country where the company is legally registered. The company details must comply with local registration requirements.

• Company Name: For sellers in mainland China, please fill in the full company name (in Chinese) as shown on the business license. For sellers outside mainland China, please fill in the full company name (in English) as shown on the business license.

• Please ensure that the contact information provided (email address, phone number) is correct as this is the primary method of communication between the shipper and Amazon.

Step 4

After entering the company information, click Next to enter the "Qualification Certification" interface. Upload the company's business license, tax registration certificate, and enter the import and export rights number.

• Click the "Upload" button to upload the electronic document.

• If Amazon Global Logistics is required to perform customs clearance at the port of departure/destination, the company must fill in the import and export rights number.

Step 5

You must agree to the Amazon International Shipping Service Agreement for Amazon Global Logistics and read and confirm that you understand the meaning of dangerous goods . Then click Submit Registration to submit your information for review.

Step 6

After submitting the application, the user will receive the following message, click Confirm and Submit to complete the registration.

After Amazon Global Logistics has reviewed the application, the user will receive a message about the registration status. The customer's registration application may be approved directly or required to submit additional information to complete the application. After the registration is approved, the customer can log in to ship.amazon.cn with his username and password and start creating orders.
