Development History

-In 2003, LianLian Pay was established in Hangzhou Hi-Tech Zone with a registered capital of RMB 325 million and is a national high-tech enterprise.

-On August 29, 2011, LianLian Pay obtained the Payment Business License issued by the People's Bank of China. Its business types include Internet payment and mobile phone payment, and its coverage is nationwide.

-On January 12, 2015, LianLian Pay obtained permission from the Hangzhou Branch of the People's Bank of China to carry out cross-border RMB settlement business for e-commerce.

-On February 13, 2015, LianLian Pay obtained permission from the Zhejiang Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange to conduct cross-border foreign exchange payment business.

-On July 30, 2015, the company obtained permission from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to serve as a fund sales payment and settlement institution.

-Completed the renewal of payment business license on August 29, 2016.
