Another seller’s funds have been frozen! How can sellers with multiple accounts avoid account association issues?

It has been extremely difficult to do business on Amazon this year, as the company has suffered a double blow from both home and abroad. First, domestic factories had difficulty resuming work, and then logistics and freight costs increased, sales were restricted, and so on.

I never expected that it would be even more difficult. Recently, a seller received an email from Amazon, informing him that his account was linked, and at the same time, the funds in his UK account were also frozen...

Yes, after the platform determined that the accounts were linked, the seller’s funds were frozen again.

In cases like this where dead accounts are associated, generally all accounts should be blocked. However, according to this seller, several days have passed since he received the email, and except for his UK account, his sites in Germany, France, Italy and Spain can operate normally.

He contacted Amazon customer service.

There is only one explanation:

"Account linking issue"

What is the specific reason that led to the ban?

Customer service has not given a clear response so far.

(For large companies like Penguin and Amazon, customer service is likely to look like this)

We all know that Amazon only allows an individual or company to have one account, and has adopted many measures in the matter of "association", such as obtaining seller-related information and matching association factors to determine whether multiple store accounts belong to the same seller. However, sellers often rack their brains to register multiple accounts in order to expand their business and diversify risks. Therefore, multiple accounts are prone to trigger association problems.

Gu Xiaobei once summarized it on his personal public account:

The “old trick” to prevent store association

New information
Each store needs to register a site with a set of information, including name, address, phone number, email address, credit card, payment account number, password, etc. Once the registration information is submitted, it cannot be modified.

IP should be fixed
One account, one IP, the network environment should be fixed. If it is a laptop, it is best to use a wireless network card.
Gu Xiaobei reminds: "If you want to operate multiple accounts, you must ensure that the software (registration data, information) and hardware are independent, and ensure that there is no connection with other accounts."
