Up to 1.5 million yuan! Shenzhen once again provides funds to cross-border e-commerce companies!

With the booming development of global cross-border e-commerce, exporting products overseas is no longer enough to adapt to the fiercely competitive market. Many big sellers have already opened up new channels and started to expand their business.

On November 18, the Shenzhen Bureau of Commerce issued a notice on the public announcement of the planned reward projects for central funds (market development support for cross-border e-commerce enterprises) in 2024, with a total of 29 million yuan in rewards to be issued.

As a cross-border capital, Shenzhen has set up many support policies for cross-border e-commerce, covering e-commerce platforms, independent sites, overseas warehouses, etc. Cross-border e-commerce companies of a certain scale actively apply for them and receive many rewards every year.

The application projects for this special fund are divided into independent stations and public overseas warehouses, and the applicants are cross-border enterprises with overseas independent station business or public overseas warehouse business.

In the end, a total of 23 companies were selected for the independent station project. Among the proposed reward list, well-known cross-border big sellers/overseas brands such as Zhenghao Technology , Shanji Technology, and Zongwei Cube are all on the list. It must be said that Shenzhen's subsidy is still very strong, and the maximum application for big sellers can reach 1.5 million yuan.

As early as 2021, the independent station project was officially included in the special subsidy, which is an important milestone at the national level to encourage overseas brands to build their own sales channels and expand the international influence of Chinese brands.

Many cities including Guangzhou, Dongguan and Sanya have successively introduced relevant policies to encourage local cross-border enterprises to develop independent station businesses in the form of subsidies or tax reductions.

In recent years, relying on the support of national policies, China's cross-border e-commerce market has ushered in a peak period of explosive growth. Today, transforming "brand" is not only in line with the trend of the times, but also a matter of course.
On the road to transforming brand operations, it is not only cross-border sellers who are making the sprint, but the policy level led by local governments is also gradually launching support.

Driven by strong policies, cross-border e-commerce is moving forward rapidly, and independent sites, as an important support for brands to go overseas, will continue to lead brand globalization to the next level.
