Some people also asked me how to create an FBA plan?
Our goal is to send all products with good sales to FBA. This judgment needs to be based on daily and monthly sales data. When we think that this product should be sent to FBA, we will start to create an FBA plan.



1. Convert FBA


1. We will sell our own products ourselves, transfer one of them to FBA delivery, and the other one will continue to be shipped from China. The purpose of this is to ensure that before the FBA arrives (once the product is converted to FBA delivery, the listing will be in a state of 0 inventory and cannot be sold), the product shipped from China can still be sold to avoid sales loss.



2. In the backend listing, check the listing that needs to be converted to FBA delivery, and then select change to fulfilled by amazon as shown below.

 
3. Select "convert only" in the content that appears, as shown in the figure below.

 
4. After a while, you will be able to find the previously converted FBA listings in Manage FBA Inventory.



2. FBA delivery/replenishment


After converting to FBA listing, you need to create a shipping plan for this product. Or for listings that are already FBA listings and have sales, if FBA inventory is insufficient and needs to be replenished, the process is the same.



1. Check the listing you want to replenish, then select send/replenish inventory, and then click go, as shown below.
 
2. Select Create a new shipping plan and Individual products as shown below, then click continue to shipping plan.
 
3. For a new product, you will be asked to fill in the product's packaging dimensions and the replenishment quantity. Click continue, and keep clicking continue until you reach the Review Shipments step. Review the products and quantities you are replenishing. If there are no problems, you can click approve shipment.



4. You can find the plan you just created in the shipping queue, and then click work on shipment on the right to see the specific details of this FBA plan. Download three files: download sku list, print labels for this page, print box labels. Send these three documents to the warehouse and they will allocate the goods for you.



5. After the warehouse has prepared the goods and shipped them, the order number will be given to you. You can find this plan in the FBA plan management background, click complete shipment, then fill in the order number and click save. To make this FBA plan in the shipped status, Amazon can receive the goods normally.
