21. How to distinguish the product labels generated after FBA, and stick them one by one on the corresponding products?

Answer: The barcode on the product label is the product's FNSKU, which corresponds one-to-one to the product. Just print out the required number of labels and stick them on the products one by one.

22. How should I package my products when shipping them to FBA?

Just make sure it is not damaged when it arrives at FBA. Some companies require a bit more professionalism and put on bags with logos. If you are not a professional PDF route, you can directly put labels on the products without packing. Take my clothing as an example. Generally, the clothes I receive are in a transparent plastic bag. You can just stick the label on the transparent plastic bag. If the product is fragile and cannot be pressed, you can pack it securely.

23. I sent the goods to FBA, and Amazon has signed for them 2 weeks ago. However, only a few of them have been put into the warehouse, and most of the other goods have been reserved. Does anyone know what’s going on?

A: During the peak season, the speed of Amazon's warehousing and shelf-loading will be much slower, so you need to arrange for the replacement shipment as soon as possible. If there are any problems with the product's warehousing and shelf-loading, it is best to contact Amazon customer service directly and ask them to arrange the product to be put on the shelf as soon as possible.

24. I want to ship via FBA, but I don’t know how to estimate the quantity? Is there a way to calculate it?

Answer: First of all, you need to look at what your own product is, whether you have made an estimate of the product's market capacity in advance, and your own budget situation. As for how much to ship in the initial stage, you need to analyze each case specifically and cannot generalize. Therefore, there is no formula that can be calculated for all products.

25. I have a product that I sell by follow-up. Can I send it to FBA? My colleague told me that it is not good to send self-built listings to follow-up products by FBA. What is the specific difference?

Answer: There is no harm in sending FBA itself. It mainly depends on whether the products you are selling are safe. If there is no infringement or violation, then sending FBA is fine. It is also recommended because it can reduce a lot of work.

26. I filled in the wrong packaging size when sending to FBA. How can I modify the packaging size of the FBA product?

Answer: If you have completed the process, you cannot change it. It doesn’t matter if you fill in the information incorrectly. Amazon will still re-measure the product after it arrives at the warehouse. If you are really worried, you can delete the shipping plan and recreate it.

27. How can I effectively control the risks when I am a new personal professional seller on the US site and send FBA accounts to follow the sales (follow the sales of unbranded products)?

Answer: As for copy-selling, as long as you ensure that the products you sell are exactly the same as the other party's, and do not infringe on or violate regulations, and do not sell counterfeit, shoddy, or quality-impaired products, you can basically minimize the risk.

28. Which freight forwarder should I look for for FBA delivery?

Many people find certain large companies that require them to prepay customs duties or collect non-refundable service fees. This is a completely unnecessary waste of money for the United States. Just find any freight forwarder that can send express delivery, treat FBA as a customer shipment, and remember to put the address label on the outer box.

29. The FBA return rate is a bit high. Will this affect performance and ranking?

Answer: A high return rate will definitely affect the seller’s overall performance, and will have a certain impact on ranking and exposure.

30. If an FBA order is returned, will the FBA fees such as order processing fees be refunded?

Answer: After the order is returned, 80% of the commission will be refunded to the seller. The FBA shipping fee needs to be charged, but the seller does not need to pay the fee for the buyer to send it back.
