In the health and beauty sector, sales will grow by 55% in 2024 and are expected to reach $2.96 billion (60 billion pesos) in 2025, mainly driven by online demand for nail products. Consumers not only buy nail polish and manicure tools online, but also obtain unique design inspiration and online courses through e-commerce platforms, forming a new personalized consumption trend. Jalisco, Mexico City and Sinaloa have become the most active regions for sales of such products. Social media plays a key role in this trend, with Instagram contributing 55% of sales, Facebook and TikTok accounting for 30% and 15% respectively.

It is worth noting that the popularity of mobile payments has further catalyzed the development of e-commerce. 72% of transactions are completed through mobile phones, while computers account for 27%. Free delivery has become a key factor in deciding purchases, accounting for 37% of total orders. Holiday promotions such as Halloween, summer promotions and Happy Festivals also drive sales peaks during specific time periods.
