Amazon tests merging reviews from multiple sites

On December 17, it was reported that in order to provide buyer reviews to consumers around the world, Amazon is trying to merge reviews for the same product posted by the same seller on multiple sites.

According to Amazon customer service, this feature started on October 15, 2019 and is currently in the testing phase. During this period, some customers may see reviews from local and international buyers when viewing products sold globally, and global reviews will also help buyers make wise purchasing decisions when there are fewer product reviews.

It is reported that the merged reviews will be displayed under the bold font "Top international reviews". At the same time, there is also an additional "Best International Reviews" section for the products with merged reviews.

The cargo in a single box cannot exceed 22.5KG, otherwise an additional fee will be charged

Recently, many sellers have received notices from freight forwarding companies: it is recommended that a single box of goods should not exceed 22.5kg, and some say it should not exceed 23kg, otherwise a corresponding handling fee will be charged.

This requirement mainly comes from the two express delivery companies UPS and FedEx, and the corresponding operating fee is US$23 per piece (RMB160/piece) for UPS and US$10 per piece (RMB70/piece) for FedEx.

When your goods arrive in the United States, UPS or FedEx receives your goods and prepares to deliver them to the FBA warehouse. If it is found that your goods exceed the specified weight, a handling fee will be charged, which should be collected by the freight forwarding company and then handed over to UPS or FedEx.
