Let’s first take a look at what everyone is reporting. Everyone opens a case from "Help/Get Support → Contact Us → Manual Customer Service (Chat/Phone/Email)", but sellers who have reported recently have said that the "Contact Us" button in their store backend has inexplicably disappeared. ▲On a normal page, click "Contact Us" in the middle to open a case ▲Error page, no "Contact Us" button A key channel just disappeared inexplicably in the background. It is a big deal that I can't contact Amazon. How can I harass the customer service to ask questions about warehousing, review, feedback, FBA warehousing, listing modification, etc. in the future? However, after asking around for sellers and looking at the backends of several of my own stores, I found that only one account had the same problem. It seems to be a small-scale incident, and the stores without buttons have no commonality. To make a simple inference, given the above situation and the fact that Amazon did not give prior notice of such a major event, it can be basically concluded that the system big brother will take the blame again this time .
