Is it busy to run Amazon operations?

Actually, although I am busy, I still have time to visit the Zhiwubuyan forum and learn something new.

You say you’re not busy, but sometimes I work overtime until 10pm or even 12am.

So what does an operator do in a day? How much time does it take? Is there a way to improve efficiency? How can it be planned?

Here is an example from a great operations director:

1. Check the account's internal messages, feedback and product reviews, and front-end sales rankings every day to get a clear idea of what's going on. (15 minutes)

2. Delete bad feedback in time and reply to all comments (including spam). For a one-star bad review of a listing, make a plan to give it five five-star good reviews. (5*5+1)/6=4.33. Of course, all the reviews are outsourced, so you don’t have to worry about this part of the operation. (60 minutes)

3. Track the changes in the number of keywords on the homepage of each listing and the number of top ten rankings. (Analyze the health of the product) (20 minutes, run with software)

4. Track each listing and focus on the ranking of keywords. If the ranking drops sharply, use some unconventional operations to collect data. (15 minutes, run with software)

5. Analyze advertising data every two days and optimize unreasonable advertising words. (60 minutes)

===The following is done once a week----=============

6. Arrange a review plan once a week. The normal arrangement is to arrange two reviews for every 100 orders, based on last week's data. (For example, if this listing received 500 orders last week, 10 reviews are planned for this week.) (30 minutes)

7. Analyze competitor data once a week: (price, sales ranking, number of reviews, trends, etc.) (1 hour)

8. Perform a weekly data analysis of your own products: (profit, advertising ratio, product display volume, click volume, number of orders, and various ratios, etc. and compare with the previous week.) (1 hour)

That’s basically it. Every day I just need to open Captain to check whether the order and advertising data are out of control.

Regarding advertising budget, I have my own algorithm. I just give the algorithm to the operation department and let them operate it.

As for new products, after all, our company only releases one product per store every month. It will also take a lot of time, but it is an unconventional job. I won't go into details here.

above!
